Adora Introduces Clara H., Its 2016 Young Designer

This year’s Adora’s Designed by Kids for Kids program winner is Clara H, whose submission made it all the way from Hendersonville, N.C. This year’s contest was for a beach-themed outfit, for which Clara drew inspiration from a piece of blue and white striped fabric.

“After designing an outfit for one of my dolls, I marveled at how good it looked with leather and gold. So when I started designing my beach outfit this is where my mind went,” says Clara.

Adora’s Dolly Design team will be working with Clara to bring her vision to life for its 18-inch Friends dolls. The outfit will make its debut in the company’s next catalog.
