AirMech Arena Coming to Xbox from Ubisoft

AirMechArenaUbisoft has partnered with Carbon Games to bring AirMech Arena, a free-to-play competitive game, to the Xbox Live online entertainment network. It will be available for download on Xbox 360 this summer.

AirMech Arena supports single-player, multiplayer cooperative, and multiplayer competitive gameplay for teams of two to three players. The plot revolves around a war-torn future in which powerful weapons known as AirMechs dominate the battlefields. Players command giant transforming robots and capture and protect bases, unlocking powerful units, pilots, items, and AirMechs along the way. They can also build and customize armies to fit personal gameplay preferences.

The game will receive regular updates post-launch, including new AirMechs, units, maps, and events. Earlier this week, Ubisoft posted an initial trailer that promises action-packed fun.
