Yo Gabba Gabba! Live! : Get The Sillies Out! will visit 50 cities across the U.S. next year. The live stage show is based on the live-action television series that airs several times a day on Nick Jr. Yo Gabba Gabba! was created by Christian Jacobs and Scott Schultz and is executive produced by John Berrett and Michael Polis. The live stage show is touring in support of the first national beverage launch, a new line of toys, a new line of kids sportswear, and a DVD/CD collector’s edition.

Scholastic Partners with Twin Sisters For New Storia Content

Scholastic has announced an agreement with Twin Sisters Productions to offer a selection of musical and non-fiction books on Storia, the e-Reading app for kids. Books from Twin Sisters will be available on Storia, through Scholastic Book Clubs, and at Scholastic Book Fairs next year. Storia is available for free download on PC, iPad, and select Android devices.

Round 2 To Release New Star Trek Enterprise Kit

Round 2 will release their latest model kit based on the classic Star Trek TV series this December. The USS Enterprise space ship is a 32-inch model that features windows, an interior bridge, a shuttle bay, accurate decal sheets, and parts in accurate colored plastics. The space ship is based on the original filming model and was reproduced in 1:350 scale. Accessories include LED lighting, photo-etched parts, alternate version parts, and weathering decals to customize the ship. Random House Children’s Books Releases First Interactive Coloring And Activity App

Random House Children’s Books announces the release of a coloring and activity app with Mattel for iPad. Barbie Color, Sparkle and Style includes two coloring books for a total of 16 pages of fun. PBS Kids To Premiere New Clifford Film

On December 14, PBS Kids will premiere the animated film Clifford Really Big Movie to celebrate Clifford’s 50th Anniversary. Warner Brothers originally released the film in 2004. It featured John Ritter as the voice of Clifford as well as Wayne Brady, Jenna Elfman, and John Goodman. The new animated film by Scholastic Entertainment will feature the original cast as well as Grey Delisle, Jess Harnell, Kel Mitchell, Judge Reinhold, Kath Soucie, Cree Summer, and Wilmer Valderrama. The new movie takes viewers on Clifford’s cross-country adventure with characters such as Cleo, T-Bone, and an entirely new cast of characters.

Mattel Releases New Monster High Video Game

Mattel has released a new video game for the tween-girl franchise, Monster High. In the new game, Monster High: Skultimate Roller Maze, players can pick a character and skate their way through the crypts of Monster High and other schools along with a team of friends. The game is available on Wii and Nintendo DS at major retail stores.
