Basic Fun! Donates N95 Masks, Toys to Healthcare Heroes

The company behind Care Bears and Tonka is stepping up to provide aid to healthcare heroes and essential front-line workers in need.

Basic Fun! donated 4,000 3M brand N95 surgical masks to hospitals, nursing homes, and prisons for use in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Boca Raton, Florida-based toymaker called upon employees to choose the recipients of the donations. Packages have been shipped to the JFK Medical Center Dialysis Dept, Hardee Correctional Institution, and B&B Home Care of Broward.

In addition to the much-needed N95 masks, an assortment of toys including Pound Puppies and Cutetitos are included in each care package alongside personalized notes to thank these heroes for their bravery and service.
