Stephen J. Pasierb will join the Toy Industry Association (TIA) at the end of April as president and CEO. In this role, he will be responsible for leading the growth, development, and oversight of the TIA, and will succeed current president and CEO Carter Keithley, who will retire at the end of April.
Pasierb previously served as the president and CEO of the Partnership for Drug-Free Kids, the nation’s largest non-profit dedicated to reducing substance abuse among adolescents by supporting families and engaging with teens. In addition to his leadership experience, Pasierb has acted as a frequent commentator in broadcast news and on social media, where he has discussed a range of issues, including the changing landscape of drug use and childhood drinking in America; and the use of social media, cause-related marketing, and digital products in addressing public health issues.
