While the COVID-19 pandemic is in no way close to being over, businesses in the U.S. continue to adjust and adapt in order to reopen with new procedures in place to protect the health and safety of employees and consumers.
Following the one-two punch of a manufacturing shutdown and an unprecedented sales boom, Buffalo Games has restarted manufacturing at its facility in Buffalo, NY. The company paused production in mid-March and is now working to restore inventory levels for its popular range of puzzles.
The company says that it is following all state guidelines in its factory regarding physical distancing, protective equipment, and cleaning.
Buffalo Games’ first priority is to restore normal inventory levels for its retail partners with new shipments of puzzles set to appear on shelves within the coming weeks. Buffalo Games’ website, which has been closed for orders, is expected to reopen to consumers next month. The company’s puzzles are sold through retailers including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Target, Walmart, and more.
Several items from Buffalo Games, including its 300-piece Family Puzzle assortment, were chosen to appear in the Toy Insider‘s 2020 Spring & Summer Toy Guide.
