This Giving Tuesday, CAMP is revealing plans for a massive in-store activation that will also give back. Through a partnership with banking company Ally, the CAMP Hudson Yards store in New York City will host an oversized claw machine next month.
Dubbed “The Claw,” this in-store experience will offer a scaled-up version of the classic arcade game with some scaled-up prizes. The huge machine will have eggs that contain tons of toys, some cash prizes, and a golden grand prize egg with $25,000 inside.
Though the golden egg is the priciest of the prizes, every egg in the claw game will have a prize inside. CAMP is also running an online sweepstakes with a $10,000 prize in an effort to reach consumers who can’t make it out in person.
CAMP and Ally are also handing out toys to those in need in conjunction with the event. Once the golden egg is grabbed in-store by one winner, the two companies will be donating $25,000 worth of toys to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
The Claw will be available to the public at the Hudson Yards CAMP store in New York City from Dec. 5-11. For more details about this activation, visit camp.com.
