Delta Children Gives Away $1 Million Worth of Cribs to Families in Need Nationwide

Delta Children, a 45-year old family business, will donate $1 million worth new cribs and highchairs to Help USA’s nine locations nationwide. Today, recipient families will arrive at Help USA’s Crotona location in the Bronx to receive the cribs and learn about crib safety.

A Safe Sleep demonstration will be held, where Delta Children’s President Joseph Shamie and Help USA’s Chairman Maria Cuomo Cole will stress the importance of a safe crib and offer tips to the families. Help USA will implement the distribution of the cribs on behalf of Delta Children to the families in need.

The event will take place today from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
