The props are made-to-order at Propshop in Pinewood Studios and use digital data collected during the filming of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The production process uses cutting edge technology with professional craftsmanship to create replicas virtually identical to those seen on screen.
The Star Wars Collectibles line features eight prop replicas from the film including Darth Vader’s melted helmet, Rey’s lightsaber hilt, FN-2187 Stormtrooper helmet, and much more.
