Illinois-based CreateOn is serving up a new innovation in the gaming space.

The company known for its colorful collaborations with Magna-Tiles is extending its product range. After finding success with licensed kids’ construction sets featuring characters from Dr. Suess, Sesame Street, and CoComelon and kidult sets inspired by The Beatles and the Grateful Dead, CreateOn is targeting the game and hobby market with Terrain-Tiles.

Created in partnership with Phil Albritton of Power Kid Design (and host of the Power Kid Podcast presented by The Toy Book), Terrain-Tiles turn Magna-Tiles into a Magnetic Wargames and Dungeon Tile System that is instantly compatible with hundreds of popular tabletop games.

CreateOn is soliciting retail orders for its Apocalypse City and Midnight Dungeon sets in small (22-piece) and large (53-piece) assortments.

The Dungeon sets lean into the fantasy side of gaming with squares, isosceles triangles, right angle triangles, pentagons, and rectangles that feature brick, wood, and stone, and organic texture graphics. Apocalypse City is a sci-fi theme that leans into the metallic look of battle stations and spacecraft. Each set comes with high-quality stickers that can be used to customize the display.

While the sets were developed with the game and hobby market in mind, they also make fine backdrop environments for toy photographers.

The sets break down easily and can be packed flat in their included cardboard boxes.

Retailers can reach out to customerservice@createon.com for information on stocking Terrain-Tiles.

Consumers that can’t wait to get building with Terrain-Tiles can order sets directly from CreateOn.
