Gel Blaster Inc. has a new target: licensing.

Evolution USA will represent Gel Blaster in acquiring licensing agreements based on intellectual property (IP) tied to video game franchises and Hollywood hits.

“Gel Blaster is looking to add several major high profile brands to its product portfolio and will be discussing such opportunities at the Licensing Expo 2022,” says Evolution USA Founder and Chief Revenue Officer Travis J. Rutherford. Gel Blaster can be found with Evolution USA in Booth No. F102.

Gel Blaster Surge is the company’s flagship product, a blaster fueled by Gellets — nontoxic, colorful, water-based beads that are all-natural, and biodegradable — that burst on impact and immediately begin to dissolve. This summer, the product line expands with the release of Gel Blaster Surge Starfire, a glow-in-the-dark Gellet blaster that families can use to extend their battles into the night. The glow-in-the-dark Gellets streak through the air with the appearance of tracer rounds.

“The Gel Blaster team has revolutionized the entire category with patented technology and unique gameplay and now is more excited than ever to add licensed versions to our product mix that will thrill and delight not only the existing Gel Blaster fans but also fans of some of the most incredible gaming and pop culture brands from around the world,” says Colin Guinn, CEO, Gel Blaster.

Gel Blaster products are available at Walmart and select specialty retailers across the U.S.
