Goliath Acquires Tucker

Goliath acquired Tucker, maker of outdoor toys. Going forward, Tucker will operate as a center of ideation and R&D within Goliath.

Established in 2001, Tucker was successful in the sports toy category. Its Phlat Ball line is available in close to 60 countries and sold more than 23 million units.
