Green Toys has named Charles Friend as its president. Friend was part of the Friend Group’s team, which purchased a majority stake in Green Toys in 2013, and has since served in the role of chief financial officer.
“Charlie has demonstrated exemplary leadership skills and has played a significant role in the growth and success of Green Toys,” says CEO Howard Friend. “His extensive background in all aspects of business management, from product development and marketing to operations and finance, will allow us to continue to execute our strategic plan to position Green Toys as one of the world’s best-in-class manufacturers of quality consumer products for children.”
