Hasbro collaborated with The Autism Project for ToyBox Tools, a collection of online play resources about kids with developmental disabilities available for families, children, educators, and advocates for kids with developmental disabilities.
Autism Awareness Month begins April 1st, a nationwide movement to promote autism awareness, inclusion, and self-determination for all. With Toy Box Tools, visitors can browse the tools online, and then download and print them for use at home or in the classroom. Resources include playbooks, wait cards, countdown and play mats for a variety of Hasbro brands, including My Little Pony, Transformers, Playskool, Baby Alive, and Hasbro Gaming.
The ToyBox Tools initiative is a passion-project and grassroots effort across Hasbro employees, created in collaboration with The Autism Project to connect evidence-based practices with Hasbro toys.
