Bumblebee Offroad

The 35th anniversary of Hasbro‘s Transformers is winding to a close, and the design team behind the legendary robots is already looking ahead to year 36.

At Dortmund Comic Con in Germany this weekend, the Transformers team dropped the curtain on a trio of new figures that will join the Transformers Studio Series Deluxe Class lineup. The Studio Series invites fans to “reach past the big screen” with figures that are inspired by scenes from the Transformers movie universe. New, scene-specific versions of Bumblebee, Shatter, and Roadbuster will be available beginning April 1.

The Studio Series 57 Deluxe Class Offroad Bumblebee reflects the character’s appearance in the canyon attack scene of last year’s Transformers: Bumblebee. In the scene, the heroic Autobot comes to Earth and takes the form of a military Jeep before facing off against the villainous Decepticon Blitzwing.

The 4.5-inch figure includes movie-inspired deco and converts from robot to Jeep mode in 26 steps. It includes a weapon and a backdrop.

Inspired by the “Battle of Chicago” sequence from Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011), the Studio Series 58 Deluxe Class Roadbuster action figure features movie-inspired deco and converts from robot to Chevy Impala stock car mode in 23 steps. It includes a weapon and a backdrop.

Transformers Studio Series Deluxe Class Shatter

The Studio Series 59 Deluxe Class Shatter action figure converts from robot to jet mode in 27 steps.

Based on the scene from Transformers: Bumblebee (2018), in which the Decepticons use Sector 7 technology to harness satellites to hunt for Bumblebee, the figure includes two detailed weapons and a cardboard backdrop.

The latest Studio Series Deluxe Class figures will be available at most major retailers and hasbropulse.com.
