Holgate Toys has recalled its Wegmans Playmat Set. The wooden vehicles included in the set have wheels that can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
The toys were sold exclusively at Wegmans Food Stores from October 2012 to June 2013, at a cost of about $25. Each Wegmans Playmat Set included a 24-inch by 30-inch cotton canvas playmat. The wooden vehicles were a blue car, a red Wegmans delivery van, a green Wegmans farm tractor, and a yellow school bus.
Each packaged set featured the UPC code 0 7789028735 4 printed on the back.
