jakks_logoJakks Pacific Inc. has renewed a licensing agreement with Black+Decker for multiple role-play toy categories in the Black+Decker Junior line. The new agreement grants Jakks Pacific the rights to manufacture and distribute Black+Decker Junior toys in North America and Latin America.

“Children love to emulate their parents, and our line for Black+Decker truly allows kids to enact those roles and become lifelong consumers,” says John Blaney, executive vice president of Jakks Pacific. “We will continue creating quality products that encourage this lifelike, aspirational play pattern. We are passionate about our partnership with Black+Decker and look forward to producing more inventive play tools with realistic lights, sounds and actions.”

Beanstalk is Black+Decker’s exclusive licensing agency and helped facilitate the renewal agreement between Black+Decker and Jakks Pacific.
