LEGO_LogoAt Comic-Con International in San Diego, Lego Systems Inc. has a slate of activities and events to commemorate 15 years of fun at the convention, including never-before-seen life-sized models, product reveals, and exclusive retail sets.

Highlights for the various Lego lines include the following:

For Lego Star Wars, a preview of next year’s Lego Star Wars First Order Stormtrooper buildable figure, as well as a life-sized model of the new Stormtrooper from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Lego Master Builders used 35,525 bricks over 325 hours to design and build this never-before-seen model.

For Lego Super Heroes: DC Comics, a preview of next year’s Lego Super Heroes: DC Comics building set, based on the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The film’s superhero trifecta is immortalized in a custom triptych Lego mosaic built from 82,944 Lego bricks.

For Lego Marvel Super Heroes, an exclusive Comic-Con International set, Lego Super Heroes: Marvel Throne of Ultron, will be on sale July 10. There will also be a Lego diorama of Marvel’s Hulkbuster and the Hulk, as seen in Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, built from 100,643 Lego bricks.

For Lego Ninjago, the new Lego Ninjago Temple of Airjitzu building set, scheduled to launch on August 1 in Lego Stores and on shop.lego.com, will be displayed for the first time. At the Lego booth, a life-sized Lego model of the Ninjago apprentice character, Lloyd, will be in a rappelling pose.

For Lego Scooby-Doo, there will be a diorama of life-sized, 2-D Lego comic replicas of Shaggy, Scooby, Fred, Daphne, and Velma, plus their iconic Mystery Machine, assembled by Lego Master Builders from 70,875 Lego bricks.

For Lego Jurassic World, there will be a life-sized Lego model of actor Chris Pratt as Owen on his motorcycle, constructed by Lego Master Builders from 86,844 Lego bricks. Attendees can also visit with four life-sized raptors—Blue, Delta, Charlie, and Echo—constructed from more than 303,243 Lego bricks, at Nerdist‘s Conival takeover at Petco Park.

For Lego Ideas, the fan-inspired The Big Bang Theory building set, which will be available for purchase August 1, will be on-hand for preview.
