On May 4 — Star Wars Day — Disney+ will premiere Star Wars: The Bad Batch, an animated spin-off of The Clone Wars  that follows the adventures of Clone Force 99, a squad of Clone Troopers who are “defective, with desirable mutations.” Unlike their fellow Clones, whom they dub “regs,” Hunter, Tech, Wrecker, and Crosshairs aren’t the usual type of sheep who simply follow orders and fall in line. The Bad Batch debuts in a 70-minute premiere, followed by new episodes every Friday starting on May 7.
