Minted Labs Teams Up with Gearbox Software, 2K on Borderlands 3 Collectibles Line

Minted Labs Inc. secured a license to produce collectibles for Borderlands 3, the much-anticipated next installment of the popular video game series from Gearbox Software and 2K. Under the agreement, Minted Labs will design and create Soft Statues, PVC statues, plush, and Ultra Real action figures based on the game, which hits retail on September 13.

“We are so thrilled to be partnered with Gearbox Software and 2K! It’s so exciting to be able to work on so many amazing characters from such a beloved franchise like Borderlands,” says Carlos Lopez, chief creative officer at Minted Labs.

Minted Labs introduced its unique Soft Statue category at Toy Fair New York with a 15-inch depiction of Nemesis from Capcom’s Resident Evil series. The company’s next release is a 15-inch Mega Man Soft Statue, scheduled for release in August.

Borderlands 3 will be available in a variety of configurations for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
