Moonbug Entertainment is eyeing global expansion for its portfolio of kid-centric brands.

Following the appointment of MGA Entertainment (MGAE) as the global licensing agent for its Little Baby Bum brand, the company tapped The Point.1888 to lead licensing efforts in the EMEA region.

Under the new deal, The Point.1888 will serve as the licensing agent for the Moonbug portfolio across EMEA, including My Magic Pet Morphle, ARPO, Supa Strikas, T-Rex Ranch, and the recently acquired CoComelon and Blippi brands.

“As our audience continues to grow, we remain focused on widening consumer engagement touchpoints at a global level, and part of that is having a trusted partner in EMEA,” says Simon Philips of Moonbug. “We’re confident in The Point.1888 and look forward to seeing what we can achieve together.”

The Point.1888 will work to develop an evergreen consumer products range for all brands throughout the region.

With the recent acquisition of Blippi and CoComelon, Mooonbug programming receives more than 7 billion monthly views across a variety of streaming platforms.
