Following a two-year stint at Northerly Island in Chicago, Nickelodeon SlimeFest will make its West Coast debut next year to coincide with the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.
JoJo Siwa, Why Don’t We, French Montana, and Blanco Brown will headline the two-day family-friendly music festival, taking place from March 21-22 at The Forum in Inglewood, California. The festival will feature exclusive family experiences, including Slime Central, where 20 people can get slimed simultaneously; a giant slime pit facing the stage; a silent Slime Disco; and more.
The event will also feature opportunities for attendees to meet Nick stars, including cast members of All That (Ryan Alessi, Aria Brooks, Reece Caddell, Kate Godfrey, Gabrielle Nevaeh Green, Nathan Janak, Lex Lumpkin, and Chinguun Sergelen) and Henry Danger (Cooper Barnes, Sean Ryan Fox, and Michael D. Cohen), along with Young Dylan, and more to be announced.
This year’s Nickelodeon SlimeFest will offer a VIP ticket that includes access to a special performance viewing area and admission to Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2020, which will be broadcast live from the Forum on Sunday, March 22, at 7:30-9 p.m. ET. (tape-delayed for the West Coast). SlimeFest is sponsored by Barbie, Goldfish Flavor Blasted, milk it! and Olive Garden.
Nickelodeon SlimeFest has been a global hit since its launch in Australia in 2012. Sold-out shows have also taken place in South Africa, Australia, Germany, Italy, the UK, the Philippines, and Spain.
The event is part of the growing Viacom Live Experiential portfolio, which currently includes 25 events globally.
