Record Breaking Toy Donations at Toy Fair Helped 50,000 Children

tblogoAt the end of the 113th North American International Toy Fair, more than 80 Toy Bank volunteers swept the aisles gathering tens of thousands of donated action figures, outdoor toys, ride-ons, dollhouses, board games, and more that were left behind from exhibitors.

The toys, valued at half a million dollars, are currently being sorted and will be sent to CASA for Children in foster care, TIF’s national partner, as well a dozen other New York charities.

Toy Fair is the Toy Bank’s largest annual toy collection, however, toys can be donated to them all year.
