MGA Entertainment

MGA Entertainment, Inc. (MGAE) welcomes Sandrine de Raspide back into its ranks as the general manager of international sales and licensing. The move is the latest hire as MGAE seeks to strengthen its international presence and deepen its executive roster. De Raspide previously served as MGAE VP of sales and licensing from 2002-2007 working on the Bratz line. She most recently served as SVP at Level-5 abby Hong Kong.

“I have known Sandrine for many years and I’m happy to have her back at MGAE,” says Isaac Larian, CEO and founder of MGAE. “Her deep knowledge of the international markets combined with her passionate spirit to deliver quality programs and initiatives will [make] for exciting international licensing programs.”

At MGAE, de Raspide will work closely with Ratna Kirpal, who joined the company earlier this year, to establish global licensing programs. Her primary focus will be to strategize the growth and expansion of markets in Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America with licensing and sales initiatives that align with the company’s growth categories: content distribution, live experiences, and consumer engagement activities.

“It’s great to be back at MGAE. Our future is flush with new partners as we grab a hold of the many opportunities before us, and I am thrilled to help lead this charge,” says de Raspide.

Prior to her work with MGAE and Level 5 abby, Sandrine de Raspide held positions at Saban Entertainment/Fox Family, Sanrio, and at Marvel Entertainment, where she led growth of Marvel Consumer Products and worked on the transition of Marvel into the Walt Disney Company.
