Spielwarenmesse eG is opening a subsidiary, Spielwarenmesse India Pvt. Ltd, headquartered in New Delhi, India, which will start trading on April 1. The main objectives of the new, wholly-owned subsidiary include representing Spielwarenmesse eG and staging Kids India.
Establishing Spielwarenmesse India will give the trade fair organizer and marketing services provider direct access to the Indian market. Spielwarenmesse eG has been successfully organising Kids India in Mumbai for the past three years, featuring, among others, a pavilion for international exhibitors as part of the World of Toys Programme.
Kids India takes place at the Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre every autumn. The forthcoming event, which will open its doors from September 15 to 17, will see the exhibition area expand across two halls for the first time.
