Following the reporting of its Q1 2021 earnings yesterday, Spin Master Corp. held its annual and special meeting of shareholders today.

During the meeting, the company held its election of directors. As expected, Ed Clark, former group president and CEO of TD bank group was appointed deputy chair, while Max Rangel, Spin Master’s recently appointed global president and CEO was elected as a director.

Spin Master’s board of directors is now comprised of the following individuals:

This week, Spin Master reported that its gross sales spiked 21.6% in Q1 to $294.7 million versus $242.3 million during the same period last year. Looking ahead, the company will see PAW Patrol: The Movie — the first big-screen production from Spin Master Entertainment — hit theaters in August.
