Spin Master Corp. partnered with creator Natalie Rebot to bring the Moonlite Kickstarter campaign to Target stores beginning November 5.

Moonlite is a kid’s storybook projector that attaches to mobile phones and uses the flashlight of the phone to project story images onto the ceiling or wall.

The initial prototype on Kickstarter.com surpassed funding goals, and reached more than 40 million views on the product’s original video.

Since partnering with Spin Master, Moonlite developed partnerships with publishers including HarperCollins, Randomhouse, Hachette, and Simon & Schusterto bring popular titles to the platform, including Goodnight Moon; Wherever You Go; Where is Baby’s Belly Button; Curious George; Chicka Chicka Boom Boom; and more. Target will feature it in the “Children’s Best Sellers” in its stores nationwide.

Moonlite starter packs are available at retail, and the app is available for download in both the Apple Store and Google Play Store. For more information on Moonlite, visit mymoonlite.com.
