Spin Master acquired Etch A Sketch and Doodle Sketch brands from The Ohio Art Company. The purchase includes all brand-related patents, trademarks, tooling, and inventory for the brands. The company plans to bring new innovation and an increase to the distribution in global sales and partnership networks.
The announcement follows on Spin Master’s recent purchase of Editrice Giochi SLR and Cardinal Games last year.
