Douglas Adds New Puppies, Wildlife Animals

DouglasWildAnimalsDouglas Co., a New Hampshire-based plush toy maker, has added a new size of breed to its puppy kennels, as well as a variety of new animals to its wildlife line. Eight new pups will be joining the dogs line, and 18 new wildlife animals will join the entourage, in time for the 2014 American International Toy Fair.

Each of the new pups is created from soft, faux fur in the exact likeness of its true-to-life counterparts. Douglas’ new wildlife animals include a fox, wolf, moose, cow, white tail deer, raccoon, and pig. The company is also adding larger wildlife animals that range in size from 11 inches to 24 inches in length. Douglas’ Wildlife Animals have authentic-looking details and bring attention to both current and endangered species.

The new Douglas products are expected to appear on store shelves by early March.

Douglas Cuddle Toys Welcomes Tara Rubino

Rubino has had more than 20 years experience in plush sales and management, having worked for two other plush companies prior. All Douglas employees have passion for what they do and take the mission seriously to promote imaginative play and emotional connection for children of all ages.

Douglas products are sold at specialty gift and toy stores in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Clifford the Big Red Dog’s Fashion Line Is Big Stuff

Douglas Company, plush toy maker and lifestyle gift creator has added accessories to the recently introduced Clifford the Big Red Dog fashion collection. Zebras and Leopards and Clifford, oh my! These new bags feature sparkly rhinestone accents, shiny patent leather trim, and animal print. The collection includes six new pieces: the Clifford Zebra Tote, Clifford Zebra Clutch, Clifford Zebra Whatever Sak, Clifford Pink Leopard Clutch, Clifford Pink Leopard Satchel, and Clifford Pink Leopard Whatever Sak.

The collection will hit shelves this September at specialty toy and gift stores in the U.S. and Canada.

Douglas Company Reveals Whatever Sak

The Douglas Company is expanding one of its latest collections. The Whatever Sak, new in the Christine Clarke collection, is a carrying case for girls that comes in four varieties. One Sak features a shoe print with neon pink, green, red, and black; the Dachshund Whatever Sak features puppies in hot pink, black, and white; the Peaceful Earth Whatever Sak features turquoise, tan, deep violet, and green; and the Spiral Whatever Sak features jewel tones of green, gold, orange, blue, purple, and pink.

The Whatever Saks will be available in stores in the U.S,, Canada, and Europe beginning in this September.

New Plush Dogs from Douglas Company

From the Douglas Company‘s puppy farm comes 10 new purebreds in various sizes. The 16-inch pups include an Apricot Poodle, Great Dane, German Shorthaired Pointer, Greyhound, and Pomeranian. A Bernese Mountain Dog (pictured above), Dalmatian, Sheep Dog, and Weimaraner round out the 8-inch collection, while a German Shorthaired Pointer debuts in the 23-inch plush family.
