Growums and Camp Fire USA, have teamed up to establish a national fundraising campaign to raise awareness of the importance of healthy eating habits and promoting a greener environment. Growums will work with Camp Fire USA to distribute gardening kits to children across the country with 50 percent of the total proceeds going directly to the organization, and a portion of the Growums revenues will be donated to feeding needy children. Camp Fire USA serves thousands of boys and girls in hundreds of communities across America, through 75 councils spread coast to coast, and its programs are designed to provide opportunities for children to go outside to learn, explore, and have fun. Growums helps children of all ages by teaching them how to grow healthy vegetables from seed to harvest using themed garden kits and fun animated characters found in an online interactive world.
