LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. today unveiled the new LeapFrog Imagicard, a digital and physical learning experience for kids that brings characters to life with the snap of a picture from more than 30 included interactive collectible cards. With LeapFrog Imagicard, LeapFrog digital learning games are enhanced by physical interactive cards featuring licensed characters mixed with educational content, extending play beyond traditional tablet gaming.

LeapTV, from LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. for children ages 3 to 8, is now available online and at major retail locations across the U.S. The new video game console system combines activity and movement with a best-in-class educational curriculum.
LeapTV features simple and intuitive user interfaces created with younger children in mind, and provides three ways to play: motion control, pointer play, and classic controller mode. The system’s camera puts children right into the game, and lets them see themselves dance, play sports, and more while experiencing curricular challenges along the way. LeapTV also includes a transforming gaming controller specifically designed for children’s small hands and limited dexterity.
The LeapTV system includes console, motion-sensing camera, camera mount, transforming controller with wrist strap, HDMI cable, 16GB of memory, and built-in Wi-Fi for downloading apps. LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. and Lionsgate have released LeapFrog Letter Factory Adventures: Counting on Lemonade, the second full-length learning program in the Letter Factory Adventures animated series. It features state of the art CGI animation with a new generation of the popular frog characters made famous in the original Letter Factory programs.
In addition to the four learning programs, LeapFrog’s new frogs will star in future products, including the new LeapFrog Learning Library game, Letter Factory Rainforest Adventures, and games in the Learning Library of the LeapTV educational active video game system.

Antony Hicks has joined LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. as chief international officer. In this role, he will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to international operations as LeapFrog grows its current international businesses and extends its global reach through entering strategic new markets.
Hicks has extensive experience in developing businesses in Asia. Prior to joining LeapFrog, Mr. Hicks was chief executive officer, Indochina, at The Carlsberg Group where he was responsible for driving market share across the key countries in the region.
LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. hosted its Fit Made Fun Day event last Saturday at Santa Monica Beach with soccer star Mia Hamm and more than 300 kids and families. The attendees became the new Guinness World Records record holders for three active play records: the most people making sand angels, the most people hopping on one foot, and the most people doing the swim dance.
In celebration of the newly launched LeapBand activity tracker for kids, Fit Made Fun Day encouraged families to get active in creative ways while having fun together. LeapFrog invited families nationwide to host their own Fit Made Fun Day, and share images and videos across media channels.

LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. has acquired KidZui, a leading kid-friendly internet browser. KidZui currently powers LeapSearch, a browsing tool that allows kids—including those who are not yet reading—to explore web content in a safe way by categorizing content based on age and topic.
LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. recently added two executives: Dan Burns and Scott A. Steinberg.
Burns joins LeapFrog as vice president of sales. In his new role, Burns will lead LeapFrog’s efforts to drive sales of the company’s award-winning products, including the recently unveiled LeapTV active video gaming system, the new LeapBand activity tracker, and more.
Prior to joining LeapFrog, Burns was vice president of sales at VTech Electronics for 10 years, where he drove record sales revenue and profit, set the strategy for global brand and product development efforts, and led retail merchandising initiatives for all sales accounts.
