Majesco Entertainment and FremantleMedia Enterprises today announced a strategic partnership to develop and produce interactive games based on the Emmy-nominated American Idol television series. Under the terms of the partnership, Majesco receives the exclusive rights to publish games in North America.

Fun with Twister Mania

The fun of Twister is coming to Kinect for Xbox 360. Twister Mania is new spin on a Hasbro classic from Majesco Entertainment.

Twister Mania has the same cooperative gameplay of the iconic Twister board game. Players can also enjoy the modern updates as they play the game on screen with friends and family. The game can be played with up to eight players across three game modes that offer 16 variations and more than 1,800 shapes.

Twister Mania was developed by Naked Sky and is rated E for Everyone. The game retails for $49.99.

A new licensing agreement between Big Tent Entertainment and Majesco Entertainment will give players a new video game experience this fall with Majesco’s Face Racers: Photo Finish.

Face Racers, available this month on Nintendo 3DS, lets players “take control of the wheel.” The innovative photo-personalized technology, developed by PixFusion, allows players to feel like they are a part of the game. Players take photos of their face with their Nintendo 3DS camera and can use them as avatars for their custom 3-D racers and more.

With each avatar offering up to 100 choices for hair, clothing, and eyewear, and cars that are fully customizable, gamers can create the ultimate personalized racer and landscape experience.
