LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. today unveiled the new LeapFrog Imagicard, a digital and physical learning experience for kids that brings characters to life with the snap of a picture from more than 30 included interactive collectible cards. With LeapFrog Imagicard, LeapFrog digital learning games are enhanced by physical interactive cards featuring licensed characters mixed with educational content, extending play beyond traditional tablet gaming.

The line includes the Paw Patrol Plastic 3-D Toddler Bed, which has a steel and plastic frame, sleep rails, and 3-D graphics at the footboard; the Paw Patrol Multi-Bin Toy Organizer, which features nine uniquely sized fabric buns supported by a sturdy wood frame; the Paw Patrol Upholstered Chair; and a table and chair set with storage, which features colorful graphics, a spacious tabletop, and built-in storage.
Rubie’s Costume Co. Inc., under license with Nickelodeon, is launching official costumes for Paw Patrol. Available in child sizes toddler and small, the Paw Patrol Costume Collection includes the heroic pups Marshall, Chase, and Skye. In addition, the collection is available for pets.
Paw Patrol is a CG, action-adventure series that is currently the highest-selling preschool series on iTunes.

From WowWee, we always know to expect something innovative and hi-tech, such as last year’s 32-inch-long Roboraptor. In keeping up with the robo-trend, WowWee recently rolled out MiP, a unique, dual-wheel balancing interactive robot that utilizes GestureSense technology. Paw Patrol is headed to Toys “R” Us stores nationwide and online at toysrus.com on May 18. Developed by Spin Master Ltd., Paw Patrol is the No. 1 rated preschool series and airs weekdays on Nickelodeon. Throughout June, Toys “R” Us will be the only retailer to offer the new preschool line of plush, vehicles, figures, and more based on the TV show.
The new product range includes a number of collectible items for kids ages 3 and up.
The Action Pack Pup with Badge figure comes with a push-button transforming backpack and a kid-sized, snap-on role-play badge.

The same Nickelodeon digital team that created the Nick App has developed the new Nick Jr. App, which will launch this spring. The app is designed specifically for preschoolers and will feature educational activities, a high level of interactivity, short-form video and curriculum-based content, and full-length on-demand episodes and live streaming of Nick Jr. with authentication.
The Nick Jr. App includes the television series Dora the Explorer, Team Umizoomi, Bubble Guppies, PAW Patrol, Peter Rabbit, Wallykazam!, Go, Diego, Go!, Max & Ruby, The Fresh Beat Band, The Backyardigans, and Blues Clues.
The app will be available for the iPad at the App Store and will roll out on additional platforms in the coming months.

Kids can download the free companion app to call and text their Maddy, play games with her, and discover some of her hidden features.

Zoomer Dino Boomer: This new guard dino runs around on two feet, chomping and whipping his tail. Kids can play with him in autonomous mode via the sensors in his nose, or pick up the control pod to send him on the attack. Spin Master Entertainment, in association with Nickelodeon, launches its first solely owned intellectual property, Paw Patrol. Paw Patrol, based on a concept by Keith Chapman (Bob the Builder), with animation from Guru Studio (The Backyardigans and Justin Time), is set to premiere August 12 on Nickelodeon in the U.S., followed by the Canadian premiere on TVO and Knowledge Network on September 2. The series will begin airing on Nickelodeon’s international channels in the fall.
Paw Patrol is a CG-animated series starring a pack of six heroic puppies–Chase, Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, and Skye–led by a tech-savvy, 10-year-old boy, Ryder. The series focuses on citizenship, social skills, and problem-solving. The Paw Patrol work together to protect the Adventure Bay community believing that “No job is too big, no pup is too small!”
Spin Master is responsible for producing and distributing Paw Patrol in Canada through broadcast partners TVO and Knowledge Network, as well as owning the worldwide toy rights.
