Kids Russia, which took place from March 11 to 13 in Moscow, saw a steady number of trade visitors at 10,591 retailers and buyers in attendance, compared to 10,406 last year. A total of 242 companies presented new products at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre, including nine exhibitors on the international pavilion organized by World of Toys by Spielwarenmesse eG.
Twenty-six toy manufacturers from 12 countries are using Spielwarenmesse eG’s World of Toys program, which supports exhibitors wanting to develop business relationships in the Asian market, to exhibit at the Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair 2015.
The companies to exhibit in the World of Toys pavilion are as follows: Banbao Europe BV and SES Nederland BV from the Netherlands; Bruder Spielwaren GmbH + Co. KG, Dusyma, fischerwerke GmbH & Co. KG, Haba–Habermaass GmbH, Mertens GmbH, Spielwarenmesse eG, and SPM Schäfer Promotion Marketing from Germany; Ebulobo, Jouets Ecoiffier, Vulli S.A.S, and Petitcollin & Vilac from France; Furkan ITH. IHR. ve SIN. MAM. PAZ. LTD. STI., Perre Group Co., Ucar Oyuncak San. Tic. Ltd. Sti., and Pilsan Plastik from Turkey; Green Rubber Toys from Australia; Guidecraft and Kettler International Inc. from the U.S.; James Galt & Co. Ltd from the U.K.; Lilliputiens from Belgium; Micro Mobility Systems AG from Switzerland; Science4you SA from Portugal; and Taf Toys from Israel.
A total of 117 national and international exhibitors, as well as 8,972 visitors, took part in Toyzeria from October 30 to November 2, compared to 105 national and international exhibitors and 8,721 visitors last year. Participants traveled to the toy industry gathering at the Istanbul Expo Center from 48 countries, an increase from 46 countries a year ago.
The World of Toys Pavilion by Spielwarenmesse eG also celebrated its premiere at the trade fair, which featured eight exhibitors from seven countries. Next year’s event will take place October 29 to November 1 under the name Toyzeria & Kids Turkey, and will once again be housed at the Istanbul Expo Center.
Spielwarenmesse eG once again organized the World of Toys Pavilion at this year’s Kids India international trade fair in Mumbai. Companies from 12 countries displayed their products on Spielwarenmesse eG’s international joint stand from September 18 to 20.
In total, 153 exhibitors from 13 countries unveiled their products at Kids India, which focused on toys, baby products, licensed products, sporting goods, and leisure and hobby products.
Spielwarenmesse eG is increasing the display space at its World of Toys pavilion at Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair from 385 square meters to 427 square meters. According to Spielwarenmesse eG, 22 companies from 12 countries have already registered for the pavilion, and applications for the pavilion can be submitted until September 30.

Kids Russia will be held at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre in Moscow from March 11 to 13. The trade fair, now in its ninth year, has been renamed Kids Russia after previously being called Toys & Kids Russia. The new title is meant to highlight that the fair is part of the Spielwarenmesse eG portfolio of trade fairs.
With its international World of Toys trade fair program, Kids Russia helps companies gain a potential foothold in Eastern Europe’s toy market. The event is organized by Grand Expo, formerly RNTA Expo, a company in which Spielwarenmesse eG holds a share together with other Russian toy manufacturers.

Spielwarenmesse eG is organizing a World of Toys pavilion at Toys & Kids Russia in Moscow, slated to run March 14-16. Companies such as NICI GmbH, Sieper GmbH, and Mattel Europe Holdings B. V. have already secured a place in the World of Toys Pavilion.
Not only will Toys & Kids Russia showcase toys, but baby fashions, strollers, and hobby, outdoor, playground, and sport articles will also be on display. In the special “What’s New!” area, exhibitors can highlight one of their new products to specifically attract visitors to their stand. Exhibitors can also develop personal contacts at meetings with potential Russian importers and distributors in the Retail Center.
Toys & Kids Russia takes place in the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre in Moscow for the sixth time. It is organized by RNTA Expo, a joint company of Spielwarenmesse eG and the Russian National Toy Association.
Spielwarenmesse eG has relaunched its World of Toys website, www.world-of-toys.org. The redesigned site provides more information about worldwide trading platforms, and background knowledge on the industry’s international sales channels.
At the website, visitors can view toy market statistics, general market trends and developments, and trade show information for Europe, India, Japan, and Russia, as well as the Middle East, North America, South America, and Asia-Pacific regions

Although Toy Russia 2010, held in Moscow, was one day shorter than the previous year, the number of visitors rose to 6,273, an increase of 25 percent. The share of trade visitors also increased to 84 percent, compared to 77 percent in 2009. The expo featured 11 exhibitors from China, Germany, France, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Italy, Spain, and Cyprus. Four percent of attendees traveled internationally.
Toy Russia 2010, held March 10-12, marked the debut of World of Toys, an international fair program by Spielwarenmesse eG that provides toy manufacturers support and advice for trade fair marketing presentations. The Nuernberg company, which organizes the Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair Nuernberg, organized Toy Russia with the Russian National Toy Association (RTNA).
Toy Russia 2011 will be held March 15-18, 2011.
