Tickety Toc Announces Three New U.S. Partners

Studio.TicketyTocThree new licensees have signed on to the Tickety Toc brand to create new products this fall. BirthdayExpress.com has signed for branded products including plates, napkins, cups, invitations, thank you notes, table covers, placemats, centerpieces, and sticker sheets. Bakery Crafts has signed for branded cake and cupcake decorations, including cupcake rings and picks, and edible images for cakes, cupcakes, cookies, candles, and candle holders. Lastly, InCharacter Costumes has signed for branded costumes for toddlers and preschoolers. The deals were brokered by Established Brands on behalf of Zodiak Kids.

    

Wonder Forge Secures Game Rights to Tickety Toc

wonderforgeWonder Forge has recently secured game licensing rights to Tickety Toc through a multi-year partnership with Zodiak Kids, brokered by U.S. licensing agent Established Brands. Tickety Toc airs seven days a week on Nick Jr. The partnership is the latest in a string of properties secured by Wonder Forge.

Wonder Forge will debut its Tickety Toc Matching Game this fall through an exclusive retail partnership with Toys “R” Us and will launch additional signature games next year. A multi-category consumer products program will launch in North America this fall led by master toy partner Just Play and home entertainment partner Anchor Bay Entertainment.

Tickety Toc features Tommy and Tallulah and their friends as they race against time to keep the clock ticking. Through Tommy and Tallulah’s madcap adventures, Tickety Toc explores concepts of teamwork, social responsibility, and problem solving.

Zodiak Kids Signs Just Play for Tickety Toc

Zodiak Kids has appointed Just Play, LLC, as the master toy partner in the U.S. and Canada for the Nick Jr. preschool show Tickety Toc. The show launched on Nickelodeon in the U.S. in September. Zodiak Kids has also granted U.S. rights for licensing and merchandising to U.S. licensing agency Established Brands. Zodiak Kids brokered the deal.

Just Play will launch a range of toys to mass retail partners in the U.S. and Canada next fall. The range includes plush, collectible figures, plastic play sets, track and vehicle play, role-play, and novelty items based on the Tickety Toc world and characters.

Anchor Bay Entertainment has picked up the North American and U.K. home entertainment rights to the series, and will launch next fall. Zodiak Kids has also secured deals with several other broadcasters internationally, including: PTS (Taiwan) and ATV (Turkey).

Established Brands will be working with Zodiak Kids to launch a consumer products program next fall. Vivid Imaginations is signed on as the UK and international master toy licensee.

Mister Maker Inks New Licensing Deals

Zodiak Kids has secured a slate of licensing and television sales deals for CBeebies’ arts and crafts show Mister Maker. In the UK, The Christy Group has acquired the rights to produce a Mister Maker kids’ dress-up range to launch in Q4 2011. Carte Blanche has acquired the rights to develop a range of Mister Maker children’s greetings cards, which will launch Q3 2011.

Exim Peru, one of Zodiak Kids’ international agents, has licensed a complete range of arts and crafts sets to Hipermercados Tottus in Peru. The range, currently in development, will include stationery sets, backpacks, and lunch boxes. Further licensees in Latin America will be announced soon.

In Israel, appointed licensing agent Hop has inked a deal with Event Pro to produce a Mister Maker-branded mall tour. Additionally, Empire, Zodiak Kids’ appointed agent in Asia, has signed a deal with EEO/Pen2Stage for Mister Maker-branded activity areas in shopping malls in Singapore.

Mister Maker and the spin-off series Mister Maker Comes to Town are produced by The Foundation, part of Zodiak Media Group. Zodiak Kids holds worldwide rights in all media for the property.
