Elenco, maker of the Snap Circuits line of STEM construction toys, will introduce expansions to the brand at this year’s Toy Fair New York (TFNY).

The first is MyHome, a line of construction sets designed to teach kids ages 8 and up about how electricity works in their homes and in the world. Kids can use colorful base grids to make structures and learn about security systems, automatic lights, motion detectors, and more. The kits are set to launch this summer.

Snap Circuits Discover Coding is also launching this summer. Using the new Snap Circuits Coding App, kids ages 8 and up can build with these sets and learn about coding. With the included, Bluetooth-powered controller, kids can program their own patterns of lights, sounds, and moving parts. The Snap Circuits Explore Coding and Snap Rover Coding Journey sets will be available exclusively from Amazon.

Elenco is also expanding its Teach Tech line with KC3, a mission-based coding robot that kids build themselves. They can build the robot into three roles: shooter, doodler, and sweeper. KC3 features a coding keypad and can move in eight different directions. Throughout TFNY, Elenco will have a “Robots on the Runway” display at its booth, showcasing all of the products from its Teach Tech line.

Finally, Elenco has partnered with India-based Smartivity Labs to distribute Smartivity toys and kits in North America. These kits are designed to help kids ages 6 and up learn about the principles of STEAM. All of the products are made from laser-cut wood and are recyclable and sustainable. The Smartivity products will be available through all of Elenco’s retail channels this spring.

Elenco will showcase its product range in booth No. 3107 at Toy Fair New York, taking place from Feb. 22-25 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
