Brio, thumbnailThe Ravensburger Group has acquired the Swedish toy company Brio AB, known for high-quality wooden train sets, from the Swedish investor Proventus. Within the Ravensburger group, Brio will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary based in Malmö under its existing management. Brio’s product range comprises more than 200 items, and the brand plays a major role in the infant and pre-school categories. Its wooden toys include train sets and design classics, such as the pull-along dachshund and stacking clowns.
