Kids-focused 3D printer manufacturers 3Doodler will be showing their newest product, 3D Build & Play, at this year’s Toy Fair. Attendees will be able to demo the new 3D printer at 3Doodler‘s booth No. 2771.

3D Build & Play introduces 3D printing to kids as young as 4 years old by promoting three-dimensional thinking, cognitive development, and hands-on learning, this time through special storytelling.

The product includes free molds for young designers to create their own 3D jungle characters to later fill the cast of a specially written story. Animals like Jim the Giraffe, Elle the Elephant, Pete the Parrot, and Leo the Lion can then tell their tale against storybook pop-up backgrounds with the included Activity Guide.

The device uses BPA-free and non-toxic, biodegradable plastic at a low and safe heat of 110 degrees. The 3D Build & Play will retail at $29.99 and is currently available for preorder at www.3DBuildandPlay.com.

Toy Fair New York takes place from Feb. 22-25 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
