Following the recent addition of new executives to build business in Asia, Kids II hired Aaron Vollrath to serve as vice president of customer solutions. In his new role, Vollrath will focus on the end-user experience for the company’s retailers, consumers, and strategic partners.

The 50-year-old company behind Baby Einstein, Bright Starts, and Ingenuity baby says that the latest hire signals another piece of its “increased investment and focus on consistently delivering an excellent experience,” and “aligns customer and consumer services, third-party logistics management, and product movement under one leader.”

Most recently the vice president of customer operations for North America with Henkel Corporation, Vollrath comes to Kids II with more than 20 years experience in supply chain management and direct leadership experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, and sales.
