Rovio Entertainment appointed Alexandre Pelletier-Normand as the executive vice president of its Games Business Unit and a member of its leadership team.
He will be responsible for Rovio’s game studios and game development, and reports directly to Rovio CEO Kati Levoranta. Pelletier-Normand will start in this role on January 2, 2019.
Pelletier-Normand will join Rovio from Gameloft, where he spent 15 years in roles ranging from programmer, to studio head, to executive vice president in charge of games.
A Canadian citizen, Alexandre Pelletier-Normand has set up and managed game studios in the US, Canada, Vietnam, Argentina, and Brazil.
