Animaccord signed a deal with Grupo Anaya S.A., a part of Group Hachette Livre, for a branded Masha and the Bear publishing line in Spain.
The publishing program in Spain will include storybooks, coloring books, sounds books, and other titles. The first launch of licensed books is planned for the third and fourth quarters next year. Masha and the Bear books will be available in major bookshop stores across Spain, department stores, and supermarkets.
Animaccord also prolonged its contract with Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial Unipessoal in Portugal for board books, story books, gift books, e-books, and more. The new Masha and the Bear licensed books are expected to launch in Portugal by the end the year.
