Industry leaders Bandai America Inc. and Bandai Namco Collectibles LLC are merging to become Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America Inc. 

Bandai America is an established toy manufacturer and licensee of some of today’s most popular brands, including Pac-Man, Tamagotchi, and Dragon Ball. Bandai Namco Collectibles LLC is a leading distributor of officially-licensed collectible and hobby products. While the two have worked cohesively before, the merger represents a symbiotic relationship geared toward collective brand development.
