Captain Action Enterprises, LLC revealed Medicom Toy Corporation’s packaging for the long-lost Ultraman outfit. The retro packaging is reminiscent of the original sixties line of Captain Action superhero costume sets. As previously revealed, the Ultraman set was originally planned to be a part of the popular super-hero line of costume sets used in conjunction with the iconic 12-inch Captain Action figure.
An image of this outfit was shown in comic magazine Shonen in the 1960s and was designed to be a contest prize for readers. The new Ultraman outfit is part of the many 50th Anniversary plans scheduled for the Captain Action line throughout the year. Limited shipping and sales within Japan are planned for June 2016.
