Top Trumps to Sponsor Girl Scouts of America; Quest for Most People Playing Cards at Same Time
Calling all Girl Scouts. Just when you thought you had sampled all of your favorites, the Chicago Toy and Game Group (ChiTAG) is proud to announce they will add another “sweet spot” in addition to all other events at the Chicago Toy & Game Fair, to be held on November 17 and 18 at Navy Pier. The Girl Scouts of America and Top Trumps at ChiTAG will attempt to set the Guinness World Record for “Most People Playing a Card Game Simultaneously in the Same City.” The game is scheduled for November 17 at 3 p.m.
The current record was set in 2010 while 2,292 people played the popular Spanish card game, Mus. Mus in El Correo, Spain. The Girl Scouts card game of choice will be Top Trumps
Each Girl Scout member to participate will receive an exclusive “Top Trumps Moshi Monsters Participation” patch. ChiTAG will offer free admission to the Fair to all uniformed Girl Scouts and Troop Leaders, as well as Girl Scout Family discount passes.
Top Trumps has selected Moshi Monsters as the featured licensed brand while sponsoring the Girl Scouts of America this fall. Both Top Trumps and Moshi Monsters will exhibit at ChiTAG in November. For more inquiries regarding ChiTAG, visit www.chitag.com.
