The maker of baby products and toys including the BabyToLove and Little Big Friends brands has added another nursery staple to its portfolio.

BTL Diffusion acquired Cloud b, the company behind award-winning sleep products, including the Toy of the Year (TOTY) winning Tranquil Turtle and Sleep Sheep.

Peter John M. Distributions Inc. (PJM) has been appointed to represent the Cloud b brand in the U.S. Under the new deal, PJM will work with a network of independent sales reps, distributors, and online channels to boost online and retail placement.
