The wild dino west is making its return to Disney Junior and Disney+ next year.

Following a successful first season, the preschool animated series Dino Ranch will release a second season with 52 episodes, each 11 minutes long. Boat Rocker’s Jam Filled Entertainment will provide animation services for the new season.

Dino Ranch has received an incredible response from kids and parents around the world and we couldn’t be happier to have the opportunity to produce a second season,” says President of Boat Rocket Media Michel Pratte. “The show is a shining example of franchise IP for Boat Rocker and we are looking forward to continuing to build brand affinity and engagement love for Dino Ranch with our partners.”

Boat Rocker has partnered with Jazwares to release a Dino Ranch toy line this fall. Jazwares debuted these pre-west-oric products at the Toy Insider’s Sweet Suite at Home event on July 14, which included new vehicles, figures, plush toys, and playsets for preschool fans. Boat Rocker’s master publishing partner, Scholastic, will also be producing and designing a range of Dino Ranch storybooks, activity books, and audiobooks set to release this fall. Further licensees have been secured in the U.S. for apparel, watches, Halloween costumes, costume characters for live events, and more.

“We’re very excited to continue our strong partnership with Disney for Dino Ranch. Disney’s incredible support, along with the show’s ability to resonate with audiences through its unique blend of dinosaurs, family, and engaging storytelling has helped us achieve immediate success,” says Jon Rutherford, president of Boat Rocker Studios. “With season two, we plan on deepening engagement with our fans by unveiling new characters and locations, and many new thrilling adventures with the Cassidy family.”

Dino Ranch follows the Cassidy family — Jane, Bo, Jon, Min, and Miguel — at their working dinosaur farm, where they’re in charge of rounding up, riding, and caring for their herd of roaring dinosaur friends. The first season of Dino Ranch is currently available to stream on Disney+. For more information about the upcoming Dino Ranch toy line, head to jazwares.com.
