Dr. Seuss Enterprises is gearing up for another round of growth with the hiring of two new executive team members.

Tami Thosath has joined the company as senior manager, global licensing while Nicol Hodges steps into the role of global creative manager.

Thosath is responsible for securing new licensed product partnerships and growing Dr. Seuss Enterprises‘ global consumer products portfolio. She is tasked with ensuring that all new partners adhere to the company’s mission to promote literacy, education, and life lessons on a global scale in an entertaining way. Thosath joins the company from Equity Management Inc. and previously held senior roles at MGA Entertainment, Big Tent Entertainment, and Endemol USA.

Hodges takes the lead in interpreting Dr. Seuss Enterprises’ global strategic plan and key initiatives for use in commercial creative strategies and assets that can be leveraged by licensees and partners in product development, retail merchandising, marketing materials, and digital outreach. She also joins the company from Equity Management Inc., and previously held senior positions at Mattel, D&R Women’s Athletic Wear, and AB Pro Sports Inc.
