Ricky Zoom

Entertainment One (eOne) is putting the rubber to the road and taking its little red motorbike, Ricky Zoom, to MIPTV next month.

The new CGI action comedy adventure series from the producers of PJ Masks continues to line up broadcasters, with Super RTL (Germany), Clan TV (Spain), and Youku (China) the latest to ink deals.  They join European broadcast partners including Gulli (France) and RAI (Italy), along with Discovery Kids (Latin America) in signing ahead of the series’ planned global launch this fall.

“We’re thrilled to be adding more top-tier partners to our growing broadcast line-up for Ricky Zoom,” says eOne’s Olivier Dumont, president, family & brands. “This strong commitment from a number of broadcasters who are all market leaders is testament to the fresh, exciting and appealing series we are producing with the same team as our hit series PJ Masks and we look forward to introducing the adventures of Ricky and friends to families all around the world.”

Ricky Zoom and Friends

Ricky Zoom is about friendship, family, and learning to stand on your own two wheels. A born leader, Ricky is joined by an enthusiastic group of young bikes, Scootio, Loop, and DJ, who live in Wheelford — a town where bikes are people.

TOMY International is the global master toy partner for the series, with plans to release a full toy line in select markets next spring. Additionally, eOne plans a full global consumer products program to support the series.
