Toy Fair New York 2021

As the toy industry continues to look forward to what a post-coronavirus world will look like, The Toy Association is making plans for a return to the Javits Center next year.

The renewal season for toymakers interested in exhibiting at Toy Fair New York 2021 will officially begin on May 1. The Toy Association’s Trade Show Committee and Board Executive Committee have approved a reduction in the deposits due with exhibitor applications. Exhibitors will only be required to place a 25% deposit this season, down from the usual 50%.

“While we have spent the past nearly two months focused on providing members with the tools they need to stay afloat and the additional time needed to concentrate on their own priorities, we now look forward to what happens next,” says Marian Bossard, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “In doing so, we encourage members to begin planning for business in 2021 — however different it may look — and continue to turn to Toy Fair New York as a global gateway to sell more product and connect with leading buyers.”

The renewal period runs through May 31. More information can be found here.

Amid the continued COVID-19 pandemic, The Toy Association recently revealed plans for Toy Fair Everywhere, a series of week-long events that will take place this summer.
