Faber-Castell USA is growing its World Colors line to add realistic skin color representation.

The new World Colors Beeswax Crayons and World Colors Modeling Clay are the perfect tools for kids to get creative with while accepting and celebrating people of all skin tones. The new sets offer kids a chance to draw and color in ways that are representative of the world and people around them.

“Every child artist should be able to develop their creative skills by drawing realistic portraits or molding representative faces and figures with a precise reproduction of skin color,” says Christa Trivisonno, brand manager, Faber-Castell USA Premium Children’s Art Products. “We couldn’t be happier to bring more products devoted to representation and inclusion to children around the world.”

Kids can easily blend together the six new skin tones added to the 15 colors in the World Colors Modeling Clay to create any tone imaginable. The gluten-free clay is non-drying and very easy for kids to shape.

Similarly, the World Colors Beeswax Crayons feature 15 break-resistant, triangular-shaped crayons, six of which are blendable to create any skin tone a kid may desire.
